Hello. My doctor told me about this website in 2008. I joined it but would never think I would make so many friends... close ones too... like I have! I may have never met these women and men face to face, but feel like I've known them forever! I love visiting this site everyday & love that now after being on here for over 5 years I got my mind to agree with my body and am making 2014 my year!!! I WILL do this!!

I have two cubs (my boys) and my husband, who can definitely act like one of my children at times (hee hee). I love them all very much. My "cubs" have helped me with staying active. If I'm not running them over to Soccer or track practice, they keep me on my toes with walks, playing soccer and just hanging out together! I'm a very blessed Mamabear!

I wish you all good luck on your journey of your weight lost. God bless. Make this YOUR year too!!! :-)

For TeddyBear Challenge: Exercise & Nutrition goals - Exercise for an hour 3 times a week. Nutrition will be watching what I eat and keep with less (once a week) to no ice cream each week.

My Goals:
My goals are to stay active (exercise) and eat better.

My Program:
To live my life like I do, but eat better and exercise more.

Personal Information:
I'm a Mom of two very adorable little boys. I have a wonderful husband. I love teddy bears, if you haven't noticed yet. I love the colors blue and yellow. I LOVE ice cream...my weakness...but also love a good salad (especially when I don't have to make it...hee hee hee).

Other Information:
When I was a little girl, I was going to be a clown in the circus. Things did change, as I grew up, but I still love to make people smile. I also love to help people out whenever I can. I love God, and thank him everyday for helping me through this life of mine.

Hey girl - thanks for the welcome. I really tried to forget that this whole program was even here, I just dread the whole eating healthy thing. BUT if I am going to work my a$$ (literally) off I had better be much more careful about what I am piling in my mouth. I will have to thank Ryan for keeping it going and motivating me :)

Hello a gain. Thank you for your kind c omments on my home. I actually forgot I had them posted, did it for someone else who wanted to look what dark green might look like.

Anyways, I am from British Columbia but really far south so yes, thank goodness the snow does leave. I live in mid Vancouver Island so more in the rainforest rather than at the top of Canada or Alaska. My sister just moved to Williams Lake and it is much colder there than here. Probably you get the same weather we do pretty much. I do envy you the seasons, ours tend to run together a bit.

Busy does not begin to describe it. I do not know how I ever found the time to work. Maybe it was just that I was a lot more organized then. Your inlaw's will agree there do not seem to be enough hours in the day. Grandchildren certainly take up a large part of our time. We love it however so it is our choice. As my grandson (6) assured me if I really had very important plans one weekend, I would be allowed to go and he would not come to spend the night. Very generous indeed.

I am looking forward to getting to know you. By the way I have two children, a boy and a girl all gone and married. I hate to tell you your third one will never grow up, mine didn't heh heh.

Please keep in touch, we will help each other along the way.
