Introduction Text At the end of 2014 my weight was 236. This year I'm going to try to drop the 36 pounds. My life is more active now than it has been in the past. I am cleaning houses for others on a daily basis. I never realized just how physical cleaning really is. Most days I am counting at least part of my cleaning time as exercise!! I'm thinking by the end of the year my arms should be better toned as well as the weight gone. As long as I remain within my calorie range every day, I'm burning nearly a pound a week of calories...that's 3500 calories!! I'm looking forward to a better ME by the end of the year.
