Just like you, I was "sparked" into losing weight when I saw a picture of myself - mine was from vacation. I started my losing weight adventure last Friday.
I teach 4th grade Language Arts, have 3 children, 2 cats, 1 guinea pig.
Before I hit 45, I could eat whatever, whenever, as much as I wanted without worrying about weight. In fact, whenever I got really stressed out, I would lose too much weight automatically. My activity level on weekends was get out of bed, get new book, read, repeat ... and it didn't matter, I was skinny.
Latest vacation pictures revealed, pudgy person with watermelon-sized waist-boobs ... nice hat, though.
