    Weighed myself for the January total and so pleasantly surprised that it was 191.0 resulting in 11.6 lb loss for January. Wow! Couldn't be more pleased.

    See my Spark calendar in photos. Couldn't be a better result in applying myself and results!!!

    Started PT and chiropractor today to try eliminate my right side issues and make sure I'm exercising in a way to get my body to normal. My neck feels so much better. I need to really focus on keeping my right leg facing forward. Interesting day!

    Looking forward to an equally strong February! Woo Hoo!

    Day 31 - 1/31/17 ... written 1/31/17 am

    Down to 192. Whoo hoo! Good chance it will blip back up because of variability. It will be amazing if I'm at or below 192.6 tomorrow and my first month weight loss is 10 lbs.

    I do NOT expect 10 lbs a month every month. My goal is 5 lbs per month, which will put me within 7 lb of my goal weight by the end of the year. Anything above 5 lbs is icing on the cake. I will not make changes to what I'm doing until I reach a plateau that makes it look like I won't reach my 5 lb change for a month.

    Eye on the prize. I am sacrificing work and family for 2017 to focus on weight loss and fitness. If I do this 100% I should be at the appropriate weight and fit by the end of the year and create a new normal that includes more time for the family, which will be higher quality, more time for work, more carbs and exercising less.

    Day 30 - 1/30/17 ... written 1/30/17 evening

    Day went well. Things didn't go as planned. Some wishes I would have done some things differently. But got to chat for a few minutes with Kelsos and had a massage with Hannah. I got 90 minutes of exercise in (how can I complain about that ???? ). Work got away from me again. Drat.

    Finished 4 weeks with an 8.6 lb loss plus met my January goal of 195. Spark On!
