    Wow, you've been doing pretty good the last two days. I bet it's pretty tough to go from one eating habit extreme to another. But without this tracker what you think is good eating is way off from what really is good eating. I've lost 7 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks, that's about how long I've been doing this. Sometimes I get real hungry right before lunch and dinner but after dinner I leave enough room for a little snack and then I'm good. I even went to Walmart and bought a diet scale for $20 bucks. Now I can make sure I'm getting the right portions. Keep it up and believe me, you'll start feeling better too.

    Dee, I blew it today too. If you check out my nutrition tracker you will see I did really, really good on Friday and Saturday but Sunday I blew it. I should have never made that taco salad for dinner. I read your nutrition page today. Your breakfast was a cholesterol nightmare. 1 egg is more than enough cholesterol and the bacon's gotta go. Have bananas or apples. Lite yogurt is good too. I add a about a quarter cup of granola in it to give it some substance. Eat more salads and load it with fresh cauliflower and broccoli and radishes and green peppers. Pepperoncini's give it a nice kick and some lowfat cottage cheese and small amount of diced ham and no more than 2 tbsp of lite dressing. For dinner stick to the 4 0z servings of meat or fish or chicken and have 2 or 3 servings of vegies and don't forget to drink your water! We will probably never be as skinny as we were in high school (but we get in a lot less trouble now than we did back then).
