I Can & I Will
I'm a mom of 2 boys, and own a 24 hour fitness facility with my husband. So I should be able to stay in shape, right? No... not really. I put on 60 lbs with my second kiddo and being my second pregnancy in my 30's it's much more slow going to get it off. I do have an active lifestyle but my eating habits are the real enemy here. Enter Whole30... which starts today (May 8, 2017). Honestly, I'm done with weight loss. Now I'm on a journey for health. I don't care how much I weigh. I'm going ...

I put on 60 lbs with my second kiddo and being my second pregnancy in my 30's it's much more slow going to get it off. I do have an active lifestyle but my eating habits are the real enemy here. Enter Whole30... which starts today (May 8, 2017). Honestly, I'm done with weight loss. Now I'm on a journey for health. I don't care how much I weigh. I'm going to measure my success through the way my clothes fit. And will probably do a body composition measurement as well.

All I want to say is, why do men have to eat so much? My husband naturally eats and needs more food than me but he is always trying to "split the rest" with me, when I surely do not need it. Men
