    Hey there! I wanted to recommend the couch to 5k program to you. I joined a team here on spark thattells about it and I overlooked the program and it is a slow start to get yourself out and running eventually. I got out and did only what I could remember from the site as a basic guidline and the slow start really works. I am now jogging for up to 35 minutes at a time without stopping. I could not even do a 1 or 2 minute jog let alone do 1.9 miles. I just wanted to throw that idea out there. Sparkpeople in general has really motivated me. I have had a lot of success here! Welcome to sparkpeople (belated!)

    Weighed again this morning. At a flat 207. So thats 1.2 more pounds. Not too shabby. Thinking about adding in some cardio(walking) and maybe by next year I'll be ready to pick up the Taebo again. LOL Hope your day goes well!

    Hello!!! How are you doing today. when did you start using spark? I have done fairly well this week. Not sure how many pounds I lost but I feel good and think I might have lost an inch or so.
