I started off my current effort in a funny ha-ha way. I logged in to set my weight goals, and I got a "Welcome back!"and my data was already filled out!?? And it was accurate. Then I noticed the goals date. It was exactly three years earlier when I had first logged into Spark People through my company web site. I have lost about 10 pounds in the last eight weeks, mainly by food tracking (an eye opener!), regular walking, stopping eating when I even start to feel full, and skipping most desserts. Now I am determined to "work" to achieve weight and fitness goals so I can "go out in style" and be a blessing to those around me, especially my family. My wife said that my goals from 1999 are my "Bucket List." 4546 days ago
