My Goals:
Get rid of my accumulated gut. It is a burden in every way. See the other side of 200. Vastly extend my daily walking distance. Be able to get down and up off the floor with ease. Have my tight size 38 pants hang on my hips without a belt instead of looking like a rope on a gunny sack.

My Program:
Goals. Walk every day. Use resistance bands every day. Pretty much eliminate highly processed foods and dessert-like items from my eating. I am following the GOLO diet with my bride. She has a difficult time losing weight, Me, not so much.

Personal Information:
I live in $ilicon Valley, I am 78, married to my bride of 50 years, and we have 2 daughters who are 1996 Atlanta Olympic Gold Medalists in Synchronized Swimming. They are both still in phenomenal condition. They have given us 5 lovely grandchildren.

Other Information:
Retired at 73 after working a great job 49 years for the same company.
I have no hobbies. I enjoy a good laugh, a good meal and fellowship.

Thanks for the kind words and for your service to not just the USA but your friendly neighbours to the north! Yeah, living above the 49th is definitely not easy in the winter but it's nowhere near as far north as Alaska - that's a nail biter for me. I'm in the extreme SW corner of Saskatchewan with Montana just an hour south. It's funny, even after moving 3000km from where I was born in SW Ontario, I'm still living a hour from the Can/US border. Winter just comes earlier here and stays later. Summer months are bliss with way less humidity and long days but they just don't stick around long enough and reality comes knocking in the form of very short, cold, windy days. Happy sparking and keep on motivating:)

Still left I can't begin to explain how much beauty we humans have destroyed from this earth and each other. So still left is there is some is still left look and you're see it.
