My name is Celine and I am a food addict! I have just been piling on weight since my university days and haven't been able to make the commitment to actually lose any of it. I am currently tipping the scale at 210lbs and I have to say, it is one of the most horrible feeling in the world. I feel tired, too heavy to do anything and sick a lot of the time. I have no energy and absolutely no motivation at all. I hate catching glimpses of myself in mirrors as I can't believe just how much of a fat blimp I have become. I hate shopping for myself as I can never find anything my size that looks good. I worry about my health and can't see myself living a long life if I keep this up.

That is why, I make a commitment today to try, yet again, to make this work. There is no better time than the present to make changes. I am no longer putting it off until a tomorrow that never comes!

My Goals:
I am looking to lose 80lbs and just improve my health over all. I just want to live a healthier lifestyle and be able to do physical activities with my family without feeling so tired all the time. I also want to build up my self confidence and feel better about myself and be proud of how I look.

My Program:
I started the Sparks program and plan to slowly change my life habits to be healthier. I don't want to diet, I just want to make changes in my life that will last.

Personal Information:
I am a nurse working in Neurology. I have been married for 14 years and have a 11 year old son named Alex and a 6 1/2 year old daughter named Gabrielle. We also have a 2 year old cat named Ginger, a 4 year old cat named Deidi and a cute little 5 year old bunny named Simba.

Other Information:
My hobbies are reading, cross-stitching, scrapbooking, card making, knitting, crocheting, painting, gardening (although I don't really have a green thumb), playing music, playing video games, watching TV and spending time with my family. I am a country girl at heart but have been living in the city for over 20 years now.

    Hey there. I know how you feel. I was pushing scales at 210 lbs. I have just recently lost some of it. I am now down to 184 lbs. I believe that if we put our minds to it we can do anything. Just got to keep trying and never give up. My daughter is what inspired me to lose that weight. Her classmates were saying I was pregnant but she kept telling them I cant get pregnant and they did not believe her. So I made a promise to her that I will lose weight before the new school year. So far I have kept that promise. Just keep up the good work and you will get there. emoticon
