i am a single mom to a wonderful now 7 and a half year old daughter. she lights up my life. i have two beautiful budgie birds. i am looking to lose the last of the weight i gained when i was pregnant with my daughter. i enjoy life to the fullest and i am so glad that my friend smiley recommended this site to me. it is amazing! i am now taking up running and i discovered i really like it. i run after my daughter so much these days, i decided to try and run on my own, when she is at school.

Fitness Minutes: 62,525

My Goals:
I would like to have more energy.To go up and down the stairs without getting winded. I want to eat healthier and to be much more active than I am now. My daughter is a bundle of energy.

My Program:
Six servings of fruits and vegetables every day, at least 10 glasses of water and to exercise for at least 45 minutes every day. I am following a program set up for me by sparkpeople that will help me to reach my goals,one step at a time.

Personal Information:
I am from and still reside in Ontario,Canada. I live with my young daughter and two beautiful budgie birds. I love nature,as you can see by my photos. I enjoy going for hikes,bike rides,listening to a variety of music, watching sports on tv and at arenas, going to the movies,arts and crafts,gardening and i enjoy yoga at least twice a week. my favourite colour is purple. i enjoy being outdoors year round. i have friends who live all around the world. i enjoy meeting new people worldwide. i also love to read,to dance, writing,tennis,word games, board games, crossword puzzles.

Other Information:
I am a huge johnny depp fan, i have seen every movie he is in, i love to watch the show the young and the restless. i get to sporting events and concerts as much as i can. i am also interested in photography and bird watching. i like to learn new things. i feel that you are never too young or too old to learn something new.

    Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this first step to getting healthy. Here, you will recieve lots of info on how to change your life for good. There also is many sparkers waiting to welcome you and encourage you while you are on this journey. Don't let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks to really feel like you know what you are doing. The most important thing I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how many times you may fall, just pick yourself up and keep going. Find teams that will meet your needs. Then post everyday. This will help keep you accountable. Find those who have lost the weight. I like hanging out with them because they did it. If you need anything just let me know. If I don't know the answer I will help find it.
