I have been gone for a year. Maintaining my weight, not any cause to celebrate that, working through some stuff and that is cause for celebration. I have learned some new things about me - and that is the foundation that I am standing on as I march to a different beat with my faith on the drum. I am looking forward to 2014, and enjoying the way I am ending 2013.

Ultimately lose 90 pounds

Fasting Blood Sugar - 90

Blood Pressure - 120/60

Grow in new Hair

Eat Clean

My Program:
 Water Aerobics at least 3 days a week.

Exercise DVD's for strength training

Eat clean and record food


Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Southern Maryland. I am maried with children and two beautiful granddaughters who are unique pieces of art in progress. I work, love to read, write, cook and I am a raw and vegan chef. I love people, but I can be introverted.

Other Information:
 Don't let anyone walk through your mind with dirty feet!
