    Sister ~ Sister ~ Sister . . . . . . . How long has it been???

    Well, it doesn't really matter does it?!! What matters is that we are jumping BACK IN-FEET FIRST!!!!

    With my daughter, your niece, turning 21 this July, it's ONLY APPROPRIATE for me to get the body back to the "way it was" . . . especially, since I don't feeeeeel like I have a 21 year old!!!!

    Okay Lil' Sis, it's time to JUMP BACK IN - Feet First! ( And no holding your nose.) I'm ready and more committed than ever. We may switch up on the diet/food routine, but as long as we are doing some sort of calorie monitoring, we will stay on track. Slimfast, this week, South Beach the next, and Weight Watchers after that, it doesn't matter. The most IMPORTANT thing is developing healthy eating habits and consistent exercise routines. Some things you have to be fanatical about and I believe this is one of them. Let's look at it as "Life or Death". Like the cartoon doctor said, " You can commit to exercising 1 hour a day . . . or be DEAD for 24 hours a day. " The choice is ours, and . . . I'm thinking 1 hour a day of exercise AIN'T SO BAD! Are you with me????!!!!

    I read a post you wrote and looked at your weight loss stats. We are very close! I weighed 211 and currently weigh 181! Just for some reason I thought that was cool. ;) Have a good day!
