Hi! I am a thirty-something Christian wife, mom, daughter, friend, sister. I have been married to my Knight-in-Shining-Armor, Joel for just over 5 years. I have some of the best friends in the world! I love chocolate and cookies. I LOVE laughing! My family has pets: Wolfie, 8 year old Shih-tzu; Maxwell, 1 year old Chihuahua/Shih-tzu mix (no relation). We are very active in our church and help in several ministries, but I definetley feel that my home and hospitality is my primary ministry. I am here (on SP) to get down to healthier weight so that I have more energy and feel better to keep up with our busy life! Leave me a note if you stop by!

I would like to lose enough weight to feel good again. Not just good about myself, but not be tired and achey all the time.

My Program:
 Making lifestyle changes: more fruits and veggies, less chocolate. Moving more, sitting less. I am doing C25K program.

    Heyy, I am in the process of being back on here too. It is just a serious work in progress. I am feeling really discouraged right now. I just do not know what to do about it...Taking it one step at a time seems like the logically approach. =)
