    Hey Suzy girl you can do it...I was weighing 263 and now I'm 224.6 and you know what I'm doing no soda's a little sweets here and there little chips and more veggies...since I can't walk like I want to due to my MS....so I really have to watch what I eat...water is the most important thing...It really works emoticon you have done it before so you can do it again...I will be watching you on here and facebook...take care luv ya

    Thanks for the congrats on my job...I'm loving it!!! And good for you! I find that using the food tracker really helps me to be accountable for everything I eat...good or bad! It's good that you have a plan. Don't ever stop trying. You'll get there. Keep up the good work.

    Well, I live in Chester, VA. We just moved here about a month or so ago. I understand about good days and bad days and I can also remember how hard it was to stick to any kind of good eating plan when my son was living at home. I love weekend road trips! We try to head to the beach at least once during the weekend if possible! You should use those weekend road trips as your reward. Stick to your plan really well during the week (use your nutrition and fitness trackers if you don't already and keep track of EVERYTHING!) and then think about what splurges you will allow yourself during the weekend road trips. See if that helps. It helps me a lot b/c then I don't feel so bad when I splurge on the weekend. I know I did so good during the week that a few splurges on the weekend aren't going to sabatoge my goals. Just something to try. I also find that when the weekend gets here I don't splurge half as much as I thought I would because I feel so good and realize...I'm on a roll here, the less I splurge the bigger changes I'll see next time I weigh in. It keeps me motivated. Anyway, my "comment" is turning into an essay. LoL! Hope you had a great day and have an even better tomorrow!
