    Thx for your understanding about my dog bite. It was SO unexpected! I'm glad you are over it, too! I tried to think what was positive about the experience: It could have been MUCH worse, it could have been a wild animal as I was hiking &&&&

    ABOUT junk food: I just can't have junk food out & around me. Donuts, in the past put 100# on my body. NOW I think of them as being NON- food. I try to only eat foods that energize me. It works for me. I DO slip up, but I am a 80%/20% daily person.80% perfect in foods & movement (I try for 200 minutes a day, usually over meet that goal) & 20% of the time-play foods AND exercise.
    1 of my favorite treats is apple pie. I make it with Trader Joes sugar free thick apple sauce, 10 raisins, cinnamon & that's it. I heat it up & it is just like apple pie!

    I'm down 3# since the beginning of the month, I KNOW it was from stress, but happy to weight in today!
