Getting Healthy


I'm 42 year old with 4 kids (21, twins age 16, and 6 year old). Married and work full-time as a Project Manager.

I have eaten for stress, emotional trying times, and mostly boredom. I ballooned up to 260 at my heaviest. When I decided to get serious about my health and diet, I weighed 210 and now I'm at 203.5lbs.

I want to be healthy and energetic. I want around for my kids and be able to play with my youngest. Life is too short to be sitting on the couch.
