Wellll.... ok let me think. Do you want the short version or the long??? Ok here is the medium version. I was always a chubby girl but once i started taking some certain types of med's that when i blew up. I went from being a curvy 175 to a large 225 in only three months... oh did i forget to mention that i got married around 180 and my poor husband didn't know what he had gotten himself into. lol!! so then it gets worse i then go and get pregnant at a really unhealthy weight of 225 and ballon by the end of it to 265. So in a matter of 1 year and 1 month i went from my normal 175 to 265. From there it has been a back and forth battle for me.
Now lands me to today... I am 26 going on 27 and still weighing around 215 and tired of it. I need HELP!!!! I have two beautiful kids that i want to enjoy for a long time and i am starting to feel like i can't keep up. My own parents do better then me. So I am starting over and starting with today I am on my journey to find out who i really am and what i am made of.
This is where i need the encouragement and friendship of others who are doing the same thing as me. I am going even a step further and i am going to post a new picture each week with my weight and measurements and i need your help and thoughts to keep me going. Don't have to sugar coat it... just let me know what you think and some idea's and they will be greatly put to use. I love spark people for what it has done for me in the past but now I am really ready to get serious and get healthy to find me.

My Goals:
I have recently stated thinking about how i live my life and decided this isn't what i want. I want to feel good about myself and know that i am making ME happy. Thats why my goal date is my birthday. It will be the best birthday present ever!!

My Program:
I am just going to make the right choices and stick with a low cal, low fat, high fiber diet. I plan on exercising everyday except friday(everyone needs an off day).
