Welcome to my SparkPage! I'm Celina and I want to lose weight slowly and make life changes to get fit and STAY fit for the rest of my life.
My Motivation Statement:
I will LOOK and FEEL GOOD, IMPROVE MY BP and CHOLESTEROL, and live an ACTIVE lifestyle by losing 50 pounds.
My Rewards:
Of course, new clothes as I become smaller. I also wang go earn new DVDs, including some from Cathe's Low Impact series!
I will log 50,000+ steps each week. My ...
