Good Morning, My name is Anne and I am living and loving life as I know it.

I am not working at the moment and that is my biggest problem as I have started boredom eating and have to start doing things to stop this.

Gym finishes at 10.30 each day so I have a plan to go bike riding or swimming after gym to fill in some time before lunch.

My Goals:
My Goals.
Increase Fibre and drink more water.
Track food and water intake daily
Check and encourage fellow butterflies
Exercise for a minimum 60 minutes cardio and add some strength.
Be Kind to Myself.
Be myself and explore who I am.

Weekly Goal...
Weigh in
plan lunches

Monthly Goals.
Reflect on Exercise and food intake, make changes if needed.
Write new program for exercise.
Reward myself with non food rewards .

My Program:
I go to gym and do a 45 min class and Thursday and Friday I do two 45 Min classes.
i track my food intake and my mood when i eat, I also count my steps and try and do 10,000 a day.
I use the treadmill every morning for 20 mins
walks on weekends to get me outside and away from the gym.
After gym I am going to either go and do some laps or go for a bike ride.

Personal Information:
I am married with 4 children.
I have 5 beautiful grandchildren ranging from 3-19yrs old.

Other Information:
I love cooking in my slow cooker and experimenting with cooking, trying new healthy recipes and new ideas.

I need to drink, drink, drink. water more.
start enjoying my life more by doing things that I love and spending some time on myself and saying no now and then.

    How did you know?! My husband and I can't wait to get real one. We've been daydreaming about it for years, but haven't managed to start chipping away at all the things that need to happen first (remodel the sunroom with a big enough sliding door to get it in, replace the carpet with tile, run the electrical, research models, etc). But someday we're going to do it!

    Yes, please do let me know when you pick the color! And the bedding, and curtains, and all the rest!

    (Speaking of which, I still need to get a new set of pretty towels for our master bathroom. We've been using an ancient, ugly mishmash, and I think we deserve to get a matching set! Maybe that will be one of my rewards for staying on track.)

    That sounds delightful! For me at least, picking a new paint color is the most enjoyable part of redecorating. (And much less work than the actual painting!) Have you chosen your new bedroom color already?
