Introduction Text Hi everyone, and welcome to my Sparkpage. I'm Jenny from Melbourne Australia. I am slowly putting some goals together while we are staying at home. It's taken me about a week to adjust to the isolation. And there'll still be more to come. There are some things I know will help me. 1. Stay connected. Sending out jokes and dance challenges to family and friends. Making sure others are okay. Ask for help when I need it. 2. Have/make a purpose. "this week we are making a veg patch" "I am starting/planning a new health goal" Finish my online distance learning (no excuse now!). 3. Exercise. Absolutely cannot say I haven't got time.

Whole foods, plant-based lifestyle . Tracking for the purpose of mindfulness and intention. Walking, hopefully running later Body weight strength work Kung fu FUN
