Introduction Text My name is Rayna. The last 2 years have been insane for my husband and I. We had a baby, moved across country 2x (6 moves in 2 yrs total), I completed an accelerated BS in Nursing program, we withstood a year of serious underemployment as hubbie could only find PT work and financial difficulty.. the stress has taken it's toll and I am now weighing in at a whopping 160 lbs!!! I'm only 5'2" so, unfortunately, that is not a healthy weight for me. That's 35 lbs higher than my pre-pregnancy weight and more than 40 lbs over my weight when DH and I got married almost 5 years ago. It's time to get back into shape and recoup my energy.

I love to exercise, but I always end up eating my calories back so I really need to track and watch what I eat. I usually eat pretty healthy - there's always room for improvement, but I'm mainly focusing on portion control and not eating too many sweets or carbs. I'm 5'2" so 160 is not healthy for me, but that's ok because, ,like everything else in life, it's temporary.
