    SparkPeople is great! If you just log on and read something positive and motivating everyday, it will help you a lot. Today is my 6 week anniversary on SparkPeople and I already can't believe the changes in my stamina and attitude. Please try using the food tracker consistently. Somehow by seeing the nutrient value of the foods I've eaten every day, choosing what to eat has become less about calories and more about the nutrient value. That has made it really easy to say no to empty calories because I know they just take up "space" in my calorie allotment that I need for calcium or niacin or one of the other things I have trouble getting enough of.     hello. Just remember never to give up. We are all here for the same reason and there is tons of stuff on sparkpeople if you need help with anything. I have been working out 4 days a week for a month and only lost 3 lbs. I was ready to give up, but everyone has kept me motivated and kept my head in the game. emoticon emoticon
