I LOVE to sing, make music, etc. Long before I started trying to be an athlete, I was a MEGA-MATHlete - don't hate! I've always thought organized sports (football, volleyball, baseball, etc.) were the best forms of exercise, but I need to stop relying on them as my only source of cardio. Time to get real.

    Hello? Are you there? Why aren't you on SP anymore? I see that you lost 60 pounds, but still did not update your trophy. Why are you being a slacker? (I'm not being mean...just trying to hold you accountable like you asked in your status update). So anyway, I hope all is well with you and you are making healthy choices, even though you aren't on SP.
