Update 10/4/10
I hit a plateau and got fed up. I am a healthy eater, I exercised with cardio and weights varying my routine. I still had 10 pesky vanity pounds to go (as JM would put it) and so I did the HCG diet with much success. I am now 1/2lb to my ultimate goal weight and starting the maintenance phase. I love how I still have some of my muscular definition and I'm the size I want to be. Most importantly I am a very healthy BMI. So that's what worked for me and now I am looking forward to starting back the C25K program (I'm not going to lie I REALLY missed the exercising).

I'm not there yet but my goals is to get in my healthy BMI range and stay there. I want to be a healthy weight before we start having a family. I don't want to constantly be on a diet it hasn't worked for me in the past. I'm eating healthy and exercising. This website has been a great way for me to stay accountable.

My Goals:
-Short term: 130
-Long Term Goal would be to maintain at 123
-Run a 5k
-Track everything I put in my mouth
-Get at least 7 hrs of sleep a night
-Most importantly be in the healthy weight range for my height (5'2")


My Program:
I don't have a gym membership and my apartments don't have a workout facility.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in DFW TX.
I live in the middle between Dallas and Ft. Worth.

God blessed me with an amazing husband in May 2009. By His grace I finished nursing school in Dec '09 and I am a RN in the Bedford area.
