Update 10/4/10
I hit a plateau and got fed up. I am a healthy eater, I exercised with cardio and weights varying my routine. I still had 10 pesky vanity pounds to go (as JM would put it) and so I did the HCG diet with much success. I am now 1/2lb to my ultimate goal weight and starting the maintenance phase. I love how I still have some of my muscular definition and I'm the size I want to be. Most importantly I am a very healthy BMI. So that's what worked for me and now I am looking forward to starting back the C25K program (I'm not going to lie I REALLY missed the exercising).

I'm not there yet but my goals is to get in my healthy BMI range and stay there. I want to be a healthy weight before we start having a family. I don't want to constantly be on a diet it hasn't worked for me in the past. I'm eating healthy and exercising. This website has been a great way for me to stay accountable.

-Short term: 130
-Long Term Goal would be to maintain at 123
-Run a 5k
-Track everything I put in my mouth
-Get at least 7 hrs of sleep a night
-Most importantly be in the healthy weight range for my height (5'2")

I don't have a gym membership and my apartments don't have a workout facility.

I was born and raised in DFW TX.
I live in the middle between Dallas and Ft. Worth.

God blessed me with an amazing husband in May 2009. By His grace I finished nursing school in Dec '09 and I am a RN in the Bedford area.

    Hi. I am in Waco, not Dallas/Ft Worth but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly.
