    Hi, Thanks for posting on my page. I appreciate it. I'm just beginning to create a page so this is new to me. You said that I should up my cals to 1500? That seems like a lot if I'm going to be losing anything. Honestly I haven't lost much at all as it is. I'm having a horrible time getting back into the swing of it all. Kind of tired and my mind isn't in it right now. But I know that I have too. Any suggestions would be great.
