    I am a stress eater, too. I had one bad day this week, but beginning the next day, I have been determined to get it under control. I am also trying to meditate & pray about the issues that are causing the stress.

    Be sure to be active on a few spark teams to help develop a network of buddies. You are welcome to join us on any of the teams that are linked with my signature below. They are small enough teams for people to get to know each other, but big enough that there is somebody who has time to visit a number of times a day.

    I like to set very short term goals. My current goal is to lose 8# in 8 weeks. That works better for me than to say I want to lose 20. I have learned portion control by using the nutrition tracker. I have found I don't lose without exercise.
