Hello Sparkpeople, I'm hoping to get some motivation to help me lose these extra pounds.

I have been really procrastinating about losing weight for about 4 years now. I am more motivated than ever and just trying to figure out where to start. Every time I start wanting to really lose weight I stick with it for about two weeks to a month and then get burnt out. I find tons of excuses and just never stick with it. I am hoping that this time around it is going to be different.

Leave me a comment,I would love to hear from you! Any advice is good advice on this journey!

So I stepped on the scale a few days ago and believe it or not the scale said 177. I've got to do better!

So I decided to start over once again. Actually I never quit, I just haven't been trying hard enough. So now I'm going to start doing Turbo Jam and the Slim in 6 Program. I've also found some inspiration on youtube. I know I can do it, so I'm going to set new goals and really try to stick to it this time.

12/10 - 174 - not much lost :(
01/17 - 169 Slowly reaching my goal

I've finally joined a gym and I'm actually going. So let see my goals seem to be reasonable.

By February 14 I hope to be 160. Losing it the right way.
