    I am sooooo excited about the rocky challenge that starts on the 1st and I hope that you will join me girlie... I got you message and I wanted to say sorry.. I thought that I let you know that this week I am not doing the crunches but I am working the butt and legs and doing lunges as many as possible all day long.. I try to do at least 50 but that is really tough for me.

    I am ready to hear that you are still working and you are sooo right that people will be sorry when we are hot and sexy or at least thiner then we are now.. hahah...

    I am ready for the lunges and I have been looking up all the different kinds that we can do and man there are about 6 different ones to work our legs and butts to the max.. I really need that for sure.. LOL

    are you ready for exercise today !!! I did a 3 mile walk this morning and 50 of my crunches.. I love that they are getting easier and now I am thinking of the 100 that we have to start next week.. ummm .. I am thinking 100 lunges.. I really need work on my legs and bottom I think this will really kick start it for me.. are you in???
