Ready to change my life!


I'm looking to improve my life in many ways, including losing and maintaining my weight, reducing stress, feeling healthy, and becoming more active. I have many goals to meet and a long way to go. I have met one of my goals already when I quit smoking on New Year's Day, 2008, after 31 years. Now on to the rest of them!

My Goals:
Lose and maintain weight, reduce stress, feel healthy, become more active.

My Program:
 I am changing my eating habits in a healthy way, drinking more water, trying to cut down/out snacks and change to healthier ones. I need to start exercising, as I currently get none! I know once I start doing all of these things, I will start feeling better physically.


Personal Information:
I live in Millersville, Maryland, with my husband, my 12 year-old daughter, and my 3 cats and miniature poodle. I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, gardening, and watching my girl play softball & cheer at her football games & competitions.

    Congratulations on quitting smoking. I have never been a smoker but have friends who have and they told me how tuff it was to quit. Then I see you have also lost ten pounds., You are certainly doing something right. Keep it up.

    Hi Patty,

    Thanks for stopping by my page!! How are you? I built a snowman last Friday night before the storm really hit. I forgot I wanted to build an upside down snowman like the one on my page. I figure It may be pretty hard...putting the small parts first? I will try one day....and I think we have plenty days left of snow!! I'm making sloowwww but steady progress...so I'm content with that for now. Be safe in this storm that is coming...wow..when will it end?
