My successes are measured by staying on five pound goals at a time. When I pass a “0” or a “5”, that’s when it counts as a weight loss.

2017
Dec 2017 came back into SparkPeople maintaining 50 of the 70-lbs I had previously lost
Dec 13 Started tracking my nutrition again/first weigh-in
Dec 21 found and began the No-S Diet (no snacks, no sweets, no seconds except on days that start with S)
Dec 27 5 lbs loss since first weigh-in

2018
Jan 18 5 lbs
Feb 09 5 lbs
Mar 03 5 lbs I have now recaptured the complete 70-lb loss that I had in the Spring of 2015!
May 11 our daughter passed away
July 16 adding back in my wight loss program alongside the No-S Diet
July 31 having a difficult time following my weight loss program

2019
Jan 28 began once again having maintained 50 of the 70-lbs I had previously lost
Feb 09 5 lbs
Mar 03 5 lbs
May 15 maintained the last ten pounds for ten weeks and ready to move on
May 31 my husband was diagnosed with cancer {sigh}
Jun 12 5 lbs
Aug 03 5 lbs recaptured my previous 70-lb loss a second time
Oct 06 I am still maintaining my 70-lb loss

2020
Jan 09 I am still maintaining my 70-lb loss
Jan 22 adding back my weight loss program to lose my final 10-lbs
Feb 06 having a difficult time following my weight loss program
May 22 my husband passed away
Aug 18 first weigh-in/I've maintained 60 of 70-lbs I previously lost
Aug 27 began tracking my nutrition again
