Hi I'm Hope one of the co-leaders on People with Disabilities on Fixed Incomes. We're glad to have you on the team. Just today I had a friend on another team introduce me to some DVD's that are availablel that lets you exercise in a chair. If you look on the internet the link is chairdancing.com . They have a video showing what they do. There are 3 DVD's each a little more advanced than the other. If you scroll down or enlarge the page you can watch and see if its something you can use. Hopefully this will help you lose weight. Also try to drink 8 glasses of water a day if your kidneys allow it. Water helps flush fat out, lower blood sugars, lower cholesterol, and help lower HBP.
