Welcome to my page. I don't claim to have all the answers, but if you are reading this you must be on the same weight loss journey as I am. I would love to hear from you if you visit my page. I love making new friends and lets face it who doesn't need support at some time or another. I am happy to listen and provide support for you as well. My Goals:
My goal is to walk into a room and not be the biggest person in there.

My goal is to walk into a store and be able to purchase clothing off the rack in a size less than double digits.

My goal is to roller skate again for exercise and fun.

My goal is to go to Disney World and be able to walk the entire park and fit on the rides.

My final and most important goal is to become healthy and fit for the second half of my life.

My Program:
I am working on a modified Adkins program. I have a dairy allergy so I actually only eat meat and eggs for protein and my carbs come from fruit and vegetables. I only eat pasta about once a month, and limit rice to about 1 cup total per week.bread is in very limited quantities and usually on weekends with breakfast in the form of dry toast. I do NOT drink any soda diet or regular . I also do not drink tea. I drink WATER all day everyday and it works! I will have a homemade lemonade with Splenda for a treat. I know this may seem very strict for many people, but I feel like I let myself eat anything I wanted for 51 years, and I owe it to myself to take better care of my body for the remainder of my life.

Personal Information:
I am 51 years old, and the mother of a beautiful 32 year old daughter. I teach children with special needs, and I love what I do. I want to become fit so that I can do more activities with my students, and my family.

Other Information:
