Fitness Minutes: 49,819

My Goals:
To get my diabetic sugar numbers into the lower 100's with diet and minimum medicine.
To drop from 206 to 175 and maintain that for 3 months before dropping more.

My Program:
 Cardio Walk 3 miles a day

core 30 day increase chart
plank 30 day increase chart
leg spot toning

64 oz of water a day

    My doctor Swore me off of crocheting, it took years for one of my potholders to bend, but that was in the 70's and we still use it. emoticon Blessed be emoticon
