My Goals:
Find my way back into the healthy weight range (begins at 140 lbs.) before Christmas
Reach a goal weight of 125 lbs. then decide where my happy weight is and stay there.
Get back to running.
My Program:
Eat healthy, be active, and have fun while I'm at it.
Nutrition:
Keeping an eye on calories and cutting back on carbs (the love of bread is real and it is STRONG.)
Exercise:
Favorites are the 30 Day Shred, C25K, and trying P90X.
