2017 update... went all the way down to 68 with settling on 70 for quite sometime... now two vacations later and foodie friends.. pushin 78.... need to panic.... 2015Tried running . Gyms Calorie counting Jill Ian Shred now trying clean eating but taking it nice and slow I would rather loose 1kg (2lbs) every month in 2015 than drop a bunch in 5 months and pile it back on More of a 80/ 20 split on some days But managing so far β˜Ίβ˜Ίβ˜ΊπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸŒ½πŸ“πŸπŸ πŸ‹πŸŠπŸπŸπŸ‰πŸˆπŸπŸŒΊ 94 kgs YIKES !!!! That is Big Loser material.... Probably going to yo-yo back, But there is no alternative, DIET or DIE.... This time round, only one objective.... Do not worry about all else just run and exercise , then all else will fall into place...

My Goals:
To be a filthy rich literary debonair tycoon AND make a diffrence in the world....

But as that is not right now forthcoming I will settle for becoming thinner once and for all. Also Healthier soon as I am at risk for diabetes...

I know if I loose the weight will let my guard down, so I am veiwing logging my food/Activity intake as a LIFE LONG GOAL..

My Program:
Calorie counting and excercise. Tried Atkins before and it was good, but I decided I can't live without bread and pasta so I will count the cals.

I need to continue going to gym 4-5 times a week and spend 2 hours cardio, aerobics and strenght training.. CUT OFF TIME FOR EATING IS AT 9 PM.

Personal Information:
Mother of two, won't blame pregnancy for weight gain, easily depressed and will find solace in food. Live where it's dfficult to go for a walk and no clique close by to share with me...
