I am getting married the end of september of this year to the love of my life. We have been together for almost 5 years now and we are excited to take that next step in life. I want to lose weight not only for the wedding but to be healthy for the long term.
I have lost weight before around 45lbs so I know I can do it again. Thankfully I didn't gain back all the weight but it was still enough to get me going again!
I have two dogs that are just like my children. They are my everything. I have a chi mix named Tito and a beagle mix named Charlie (yes she is a girl). There is never a dull moment with these two around. Always laughing at them!
The reasons I want to be healthy and lose weight is like I said for the upcoming wedding, and I also want to be healthy when I get ready to have children. I want to be able too work out and stay healthy during my pregnancy. But that is a ways down the road.
Feel free to send me any tips or tricks that anyone has to share!

My Goals:
My goals are to eat more veggies and fruit into my diet. Also try to work four or five days a week. I also would like to walk my dogs almost everyday. They need exercise too!

My Program:
I am going to work out on the treadmill increasing my speed and incline as I go. Also doing the stationary bike alternating every other day. Doing weights as well!

I love my dogs. I am a big family person. We have big families on both sides and love to do things with them. Such as camping, going on trips, or just hanging out their houses and talking! I am also a big reader and music lover.

    It went really well. I burned off 263 calories and walked for about 50 minutes. I was proud of myself!!!

    Welcome to Spark! I wish I had a magic secret to tell you! I lost a little over 30lbs by staying within the calorie range that Spark recommended. It was difficult at first, but has become easier. I still have days when I go over (especially when I visit my fave mexican restaurant emoticon ) but try to get back on track quickly. I didn't really work out much but recently joined a 12wk boot camp program. This is week two and it's going great. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
