Introduction Text Today is New Year's Day and I am sitting alone, like usual. I have decided that this year is going to be about ME! I have always been the one taking care of people, and yet no one takes care of me. This year that is going to change. I need to make myself important to me. I'm tired of being a doormat to people who I thought were my friends. I know it is my fault they used me because I allowed it. I believed the lie they were telling. I need to change all of that. I need to be first!!!

1. To lose 10 pounds for the 5% challenge!!! 2. Drink my water!!! 3. To get in @ least 6000 steps daily 4. Track everything 5. Start walking again with Leslie 6. Strength training daily Ultimate Goal weight: 155. I was there before, I will be there again!!!!!

I will walk every day!!! I will do a different strength training exercise everyday thanks to boot camp! I will track my food,

My name is Patti and I am originally from NY but I now live in Waterford, CT, via Tucson, AZ. I was a teacher, but after 20 years, I decided I didn�t want to do that anymore. Currently, I am working part time at DSW. I keep hoping that a full time position will come along and I will be able to have only one job that comes with benefits!!!

I love to read. An author I have been enjoying is Beverly Lewis. She writes about Amish families. They are very interesting because you learn something about their culture as you are reading. I also like other authors who write about Amish families. I would love to visit Lancaster, PA, Amish Country, again, but I don't think I could pass up on all the homemade food that is there.
