Introduction Text January 4, 2009 Been awhile since I have been here.. I am back and still in the 120's In fact weight 2 days ago was 122. I have been eating horribly though and really need to get back to healthy eating before things get out of hand! Chocolate has been in my mouth too many times in the last 2 weeks. No more!! I go back to work today and am sure looking forward to it! I am still working at Curves as a fitness trainer...I just need to practice what I teach.. Happy New Year to ALL! ***************************************** January 28, 2008 I am not a yo-yo dieter...in fact this is my first time really exercising. I am not really on a diet.. I have just changed my eating habits... I eat healthier foods and I am determined to continue to lose! ~October 2008 Update~~ I am NOW at goal weight! IN fact I am below goal weight. 120 lbs 2 days ago. Now it's all about toning & firming up all this skin.. Exercise is WORKING! I have lost close to 90 inches of my body! I also got a new job away from home --- I am being trained to be a personal fitness trainer at Curves for Women! Very exciting and I'm hoping I can continue to motivate as I move on in this new part of my life... ************************************ As of August 12th I have lost 110lbs! And 83 inches!!!! I get weighed & measured every month by a personal trainer at Curves for Women. I could not of lost all of these inches and pounds if I didn't have my Curves workout! ****UPDATE**** July 31st Grandbaby Born at 12:20pm. A Boy! That makes 3 girls & 3 boys for my DD Amber... Congratulations! ************************************ August 11, 2008 UPDATE~~ WOW...I went to the dentist today and was gone ALL day and came home and WOW.... Thank You DONE girls for making me DONE girl of the Day!! I have over 200 emails that I will be going through and getting to everyone's pages throughout the week... All the goodies & friends support make me feel so good about myself!! Honestly I was pretty depressed today and Ya'll have put a smile on my face... Thank YOU!!! *************************************** July 2008 Update I am now a Done Girl!! This has got to be one of the most supportive groups on Spark!! Very Active group of women!! Go Super Sexy Sagers!! I have changed my way of eating & thinking. I no longer eat fried foods. I no longer eat potatos I no longer eat fast food (except Subway) I no longer eat red meat or pork. I no longer eat junk food I have cut back on bread. I now eat healthy and I am very proud of it too! I am a DONE GIRL just trying to get healthy for myself & my family. ************************************* April 12, 2009~ Still maintaining...weight 120-124 maintenance is just as hard as losing! 5 meals per day! Smaller portions Drink 96 oz H2o everyday! Workout at Curves 5 days a week...(3 days strength - 2 days cardio) After dinner~ work out on our new Cross bow machine. (Abs legs or arms)
