Good morning 🌞. I tried the strawberry yogurt this morning and it was delicious πŸ˜‹. It was $1.50 for one. A little pricey but I still liked it! Thank you for the tip! Have a blessed weekend πŸ™

Hi πŸ™‹. I went to Walmart today and found Silk yogurt! I bought a strawberry, vanilla and peach mango. Can't wait to try one in the morning πŸ‘Œ

Hey! Just reading your message on my profile page. Thank you for the yogurt suggestion! We too live in a tiny little town with a Walmart and a Meijers store( Meijers is a Michigan locally owned store). I will definitely look into that yogurt πŸ‘.

I don't really use a recipe to make my vegetarian chili.

It's mostly a result of trying things and seeing what best makes it "full" when you decide to not eat meat in it.

I add things to up the flavour of the veggie mince such as some liquid smoke, Vegemite, cocoa, coffee (yes really!) and tomato paste. I also add some barley to thicken it and add great texture.
Then the sorts of things normally in chili, whatever you prefer. Corn, beans, peppers, onions, coriander, tomatoes or passata, celery, carrot, sweet potato etc. and then whatever spices you enjoy, cumin, chili, garlic, paprika, dried herbs...
