Introduction Text Mother of one loving 29 y/o daughter, married to a loving husband. Had 2 small loving pups (adult dogs) that were Yorkie-Poos and had 1 Black Lab that went to the Rainbow Bridge on 10/18/08 and sadly the Yorkie-Poos went to the Rainbow Bridge on 1/26/12. Having battled weight issues most of my life and nurturing everyone and everything else around me for so many years, I feel it's my time to get healthy and be a better me! I have my good days and my bad days like everyone else and have been staying within calorie range for the most part. Not always the best choices but they are getting better.

My main goal is to attempt to be the best me I can ever possibly be. I have only one life and need to get it right this time, but for no one else other than me. I believe that doing this will be my motivating factor.

I found for me that the main thing is to measure every morsel that I eat. I've tried eyeballing food and found I was so far off, especially if I was hungry. So for me, it's measure everything. Water is an absolute necessity and It's become second nature to me and I like it. Living in a Duplex with 3 flrs can give me a workout all it's own but I do work with resistance bands, stability ball, and Yoga for core stability. I find if I miss a day, I stiffen right up.



My family are my life.To me all people are of importance, just as their feelings are. So many people on this site have been so loving, caring, and supportive at a time when I was hurting and I pray that I can give back or offer in return some of the high level of compassion to others in need.
