Introduction Text My name is Lorie and I am an Innkeeper with a bed and breakfast and banquet facility. I have a husband of 27 years. I love Airedale dogs. I need to change my eating habits in order to change my life.

I would just like to be healthier. I now have 2 new knees and 2 new hips. I want to get stronger and be more independent. I do fit in an airline seat now, but I want to be even more even more comfortable.

Try to log all that I eat. Eating healthy instead of starving myself (past weight lost plan). I am exercising more and now I want to learn more by hiring a personal trainer. I have to get through Physical Therapy for the next couple of months and then the trainer.
