Hi everyone!

My name is Bianka and I am a food addict. Like everyone else who decides to sign up on sparkpeople I want to change my ways and become a better me.

Some of my bad habits I want to vanquish from my life completely. I've dealt with weight loss issues all my life. Always been the chubbier one out of my sisters. My mom has never been a supporter of the extra weight and my dad taunts me at random times. But i would like to loose weight for myself and prove only to me that I have preserverence, that I can make a change, I can be someone's rolemodel and I can be a better me.

I joined a biggest loser at my job and I am hoping that Sparkspeople makes it easier for me to lose at least 20-30lbs by August. I'm trying to incorporate a little exercise here and there. At times mental determination is my worst enemy but I am taking it a day at a time.

Here's to looking good and feeling good. Enough is enough, hoping the spark people community gives me strenth, determination, and the willpower to overcome my upcoming obstacles!

My Goals:
-Educate myself on being healthy.
- Learn how to eat by portion control.
- Work out 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
- Be more active in the Sparkpeople community.
- Apply weights to my workout routine.
- Attempt new workout exercises.

My Program:
- Educating myself on cooking my own meals.
- Applying portion control when I eat.
- Skipping out on the unnecessary calories such as desert, soda, and juices.
