    Hey man, thanks for that suggestion. I'll definitely keep that in mind if I'm operating under time constraints. It's good that you're sticking with the P90X routine until you finish it off. I was reading some reviews on Insanity before I bought it. A lot of folks said that Insanity is just on a whole different level since it's nothing but pure cardio wth no weights and high intensity throughout. I deided to work with Insanity first to go down on my weight. Once I get done with it, I'm either going to do one more round, or I'm going to look into the P90X routine. I figured I would just go ahead and get the hard part out of the way! I don't remember if I told you on my post, but you're more than welcome to check out my blog as well for my input on the insanity routine. The link is:

    I just read your intro post on our team forum, I related a lot! I'm just 30 myself and find myself in that position where despite the best of intentions my mentality does not lend itself to routine and self care. I'm not a lazy person in any other area of my life except for looking after myself! Anyway, just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm going to add you to friends and hope to see both of us make some good progress :)
