Getting myself back!


I'm a non-trad nursing student who has put on some extra weight from too much studying and not enough exercise! I found you by 'accident' and really like this site!! I am not one to wait around...I make things happen so now is my time. I don't feel my age and think the number doesn't matter anyway!

Fitness Minutes: 1,303

My Goals:
I am planning to get back down to my comfortable weight of around 135-140. I have been so busy with nursing school I have neglected my fitness and I don't like it one bit, so now I'm changing that!

My Program:
 I have started to track my food and also commit to getting back on my treadmill...I would like to start running again, too but that is not high on my priority list...I just want to get back to the fitness level that I am used to!


Personal Information:
Have 3 kids and 2 grandkids who are the light and loves of my life
