    Hi and welcome!

    I'm 38 and can tell you it's definitely possible to reach those goals! I think the best thing about Spark's approach is its focus on small, attainable goals. Seemingly simple things like exercising 10 minutes every day, packing your own lunch, etc. really do add up and help you succeed!

    If you haven't already, join an active, supportive SparkTeam. There are teams based on age, life stage, weight loss goals, exercise routines, health issues, etc. When you're ready, consider signing up for a SparkChallenge. The "10 Minute Daily Exercise Challenge" is a great place to start, and when you're ready to do more, check out one of the Bootcamp Challenges. "Bootcamp" sounds scarey but these aren't; basically, you commit to doing one 10-minute Spark video each day, plus 30 minutes of cardio of your choice 5 days a week. Day 1 is always a short cardio workout; the other days are strength training. The programs are well-structured and effective. They vary in intensity so be sure you watch a few of the videos before you choose.
