I'm on a mission. A mission to establish healthy habits that will stand me in good stead as I continue to age. I've watched my mother's health continue to fade and her ability to remain active be seriously challenged by a refusal to manage her diabetes and stay physically active. I am so thankful that my sister told me about this site! The journey began on Sunday January 6, 2013!
