Hi, I found sparkpeople.com through MUA, even though I am not so much into makeup anymore! I am a massage therapist, massage teacher, yoga teacher, and health and wellness enthusiast. I have recently gotten into Kettlebells. Jillian Michaels (30 Day Shred) peaked my interested in strength training and KBs are the result. I love forums and message boards and hope to exchange information in a fun way! I also ride the bike. My husband builds custom bicycle wheels and he rides a lot. It has worn off on me! I''ve been riding an old mnt. bike for awhile, but this winter he is building me a real road bike and I''m stoked! The yoga I teach and ascribe to is Forrest Yoga (www.forrestyoga.com) and it is a compelling blend of intensity, strength, flexibility, ab work (lots!), and bringing the light of awareness to our bodies and emotions. If you''re interested in yoga, check this type out. Update for 2015 - I also now teach Prana Vinyasa yoga www.Shivarea.com And my website is http://www.shivareinhardt.com

    Hello
Im having a hard time deciding between a road bike & hybrid comfort bike your post gave me a good Idea to get a cheapo & see how it goes. since I started running 6 months ago I tried Moksha yoga (its hot yoga but not as intense heat as the bikaram yoga)
I love it and it balances out the need for stretching I noticed on your page your using the kettle bells something Im also interested in LoL
Question: why do you like them over dumbells weights, or what benefit over the other do they have?
    thanks
    John

Hey, I was reading one of your comments on the yoga forum and your profile pic inspired me, and here I am. I was just looking at the Forrest Yoga page and... WOW! There are some crazy postures! Pretty impressive!! I am into Ashtanga, and despite the fact that it is a recent love, it is growing at an incredible speed! But I am far away from being able to do some of those abs poses (quite scary :)! ). Interesting stuff!
