Introduction Text Well Ive finally decided that it is time to loose over half of myself, my biggest obstical is going to eat breakfast, as it something I dont ever remember doing. Also introducing exercise in to my everyday life will also be a challenge, I find that Im tired all the time and it seems to take a lot of effort just to walk up the stairs to my room.

To be able to enjoy life more! Get off all meds. Start walking more.

In order to reach my goals Ive got to learn to enjoy life, easier said than done, try to eat a breakfast which I dont ever remember doing in my life (usually I eat my first meal around noon) drink more water and less coffee, and spend more time walking or on our treadmill.

My husband died quite unexpectedly almost 7 years ago now, and my life has been a constant roller coaster - from having a child go out of control before hitting rock bottom - to worring about how bills are to be met, and somewhere I lost track of me! Im now trying to put my life to rights which is really hard as Ive neglected so much in my life. Ive also discovered that friends that I thought I had are no longer there, but I will find new ones and be better off for it. I also, recently lost my job or should I say my job lost me so that I am now unemployed, talk about adding more stress not less. But again I plan to overcome this as well, who knows, there is probably a better job ahead tor me.
